Neos Therapeutics Announces Proposed Offering of Common Stock

DALLAS and FORT WORTH, Texas, Nov. 05, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Neos Therapeutics, Inc. (Nasdaq:NEOS), a fully-integrated pharmaceutical company focused on developing, manufacturing and commercializing innovative modified-release products using its proprietary microparticle, drug delivery technology, today announced that it has commenced an underwritten public offering of its common stock. In addition, Neos expects to grant the underwriter a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 15% of the number of shares of common stock sold in connection with the offering. This offering is subject to market conditions and there can be no assurance as to whether or when the offering may be completed, or as to the actual size or terms of the offering.
